Vince Mastronardi established On-Site Specialty Cleaning & Restoration by recognizing a niche in the restoration industry for on-location specialty cleaning of custom window treatments. As his reputation for superior workmanship circulated throughout the industry, Vince expanded his knowledge and began the specialized cleaning of high-end upholstery and oriental rugs. Due to customer demand, Vince invested in the necessary education and truck-mounted technology to provide deep thorough cleaning and quick drying of carpet.Building upon his desire to help disaster victims, Vince expanded the services provided to include water mitigation. By investing in additional state-of-the-art drying equipment and staff education On-Site continues to set the standard for in place structural drying.
Headquartered in Troy, Michigan On-Site features a 20,000 square foot climate controlled facility with the ability to process and store residential and commercial property.
A carefully assembled staff of experienced managers, industry certified technicians and supportive clerical staff work as a team to attain the highest level of customer service.
