Fire Damage
At On-Site Specialty Cleaning and Restoration, the proper handling of your personal property after a fire is of the utmost concern when we are on your loss. Using the latest bar-coding technology we track your belongings from where they sit in your home to our cleaning plant, and back again.Once we are brought on board, On-Site staff assesses the damage to your belongings. Your items may have suffered either smoke or water damage, sometimes both. Some items may be a total loss and not restorable, but more things than one would think are. We will inspect, piece by piece, all of your treasured contents, inventory, and properly pack and/or secure for transportation to our cleaning plant.
Once at On-Site’s cleaning plant, we clean, deodorize, and perform any necessary restoration on each and every item. This may include refinishing, reupholstering, cleaning, polishing and deodorizing. We then store your belongings in our climate controlled and insured warehouse until your home is ready for occupancy.
At that time, On-Site staff will carefully move your belongings back in your residence. We place all furniture where directed, unpack and put away all boxed items, and remove all packaging materials when finished.
